What We Do
We set out to create a small group strength training facility with a difference. We wanted to create a gym that is non-intimidating, is 100% tailored to every member that walks through the door (no matter if you're new to training or you've been training for 20 years), gets great results and a program that members enjoy (even if you hate gyms!). Our 45 minute High Intensity Resistance training sessions focuses on strength training, however the way we structure our sessions means you will get a great cardio workout at the same time. The best bit? You don't need to train 7 times a week, our members get great results with as little as 2 sessions each week.
